Club Activities/Programs Chair – TBD
Committee Members: Hal-K0HAL
Forms a committee for suggesting topics for monthly/bi-monthly club meetings. This committee also assists in finding presenters and other resources for presentations and promotion of these events. This committee will also be responsible for identifying and scheduling educational opportunities for members and possible club social activities (Field Days, POTA, fox hunts, picnics, holiday parties, etc.) Provides the club with a status report from the committee each month at the regular meeting.
Club Membership/Communications Chair: Tim-KF0LIF

Forms a committee for setting up a member management database and benefits of belonging to the club. This includes recruiting new members and retaining existing members and club dues renewal. Attempts to get new members actively involved in the club, by providing information on existing committees that they can help with, and upcoming public service events that their help is encouraged at.
Communications activities include updating the club website, press releases, and promoting the club & events on social media. Produces promotional materials, pamphlets, or brochures, as necessary to disseminate information about membership in HARC. The committee also promotes guest relations and follows up with club visitors about the value of membership.
Club Winter RF Fest Chair: Robert-KE0STT
Committee Members: George-W0WXZ, Tim-KF0LIF, Matt-N0GIK, Ray-WA2GTM, Dan-K0WOI
Forms a committee for the annual hamfest. This includes date/time, location, vendor recruitment, table reservations, registration table, door prizes, refreshments, etc. Also works with the Activities/Program Chair to identify educational presentations/workshops that occur during the hamfest. Provides event information to the Membership/Communications Chair for the club website, social media, etc. Provides the club with a status report from the committee each month at the regular meeting.
Club Repeater/Technology Chair: Matt-N0GIK
Committee Members: Bruce-KF0POT, Dan-K0WOI, Robert-KE0STT
Forms a committee to ensure Club repeater(s), Echolink and Allstar nodes are maintained, working well and are available to the Ham community. Provides the club with a status report and potential hardware/software upgrade options from the committee each month at the regular meeting.
